Nice to see a little more variety in town. For quick meals, I'd definitely go here over McDonalds or Burger King although I will say, my nacho fries were semi cold when they arrived. Brand new store is clean and roomy. All the napkins, straws, condiments etc. were neat and well-stocked. Food was as expected. The gordita crunch boxes were fun. I ordered a beef Supreme burrito...nacho fries. Fries cold sauce.hot defeats the purpose I guess. Burrito no supreme Just beef and what ever is in it that ran out in my lap when i bit into it. This Taco Bell is amazing! They meet all of your needs whether it may be gluten-free substitutions or just a plain old diet for your wedding day! I really appreciate how they can take my order that’s completely random And make it a dream come true. In regards to food the beef is always so tender and never over cooked which I can appreciate, the steak is very well cooked and the sauce compliments the veggies beautifully. I see fresh veggies on my plate and enough cheese to taste also. I really appreciate The workers attitude, And friendliness, and they really can meet anyone’s accommodations five stars here! I've been here a few times since they opened and each visit has been good! Having new staff means sometimes ordering can take a little longer, but they are always willing to accommodate substitutions when they can. I will definitely visit more in the future and hope they become a local staple for Fast food in the Newport area. My husband and I went today around 11am. Over a dozen people inside waiting for over 30 minutes to receive our food. Several people didn't get what they ordered. 3 people taking care of the drive thru, and 1 taking care of the people inside. The floor obviously hadn't been swept, the drink area needed to be wiped, and I wiped off my table because it hadn't been done. If I wanted to wait that long, I would have gone to a restaurant, not "fast" food. No one even bothered to say a quick sorry about the wait time. Terrible! Be prepared to wait. Not just for your food but to even get in and out of the parking lot. There is one way in and one way out of the parking lot. On entering you are at the mercy of the drive thru line. The line totally blocks access to parking spaces. You'll sit on that line until you crawl behind them to an available space. Getting out of your parking spot is just as challenging. I ordered online and I arrived 20 minutes later, waited 10 minutes to get to park and another half hour waiting for my order. Food quality is the same as other locations. Just not in a good location. You'd be wise to park at Hannafords and walk over. I was just there with my Dad and my fiance' and we ordered two number 2's and I ordered a number 8... When there is more than 1 person ordering food, you should at least put what number combo people are ordering so that way when the customers get home, they won't have to struggle in guessing who ordered what. Also, put more ingredients in the number 2 and do not squish the tacos so much that it looks like it got flattened by a pan. Other than that, the food is good. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
