I go to this location regularly. I order the same thing every time. They get it wrong 8/10 times no matter how many times I take my food back and complain. You could also order extra items and never receive them. The service is incredibly slow and the amount of fillings in the burrito are never consistent. Ordered on the app before leaving work because I had a meeting in 30 minutes. Got to the drive-thru 4 minutes later. Waited in line over 20 minutes after checking in at the speaker. Confirmed again at the window that it was an app order. Food was given to me semi-warm eight minutes later. Over 30 minutes to get okay food that I ordered ahead of time to get to a meeting I was still 10 minutes late to.
