Terrible service can’t even take orders right. Told the lady (destiny o) at the drive thru I only ordered a large Baja blast and a chicken quesadilla. Got charged for the quesadilla and large Baja blast and an extra medium Baja blast. Stopped to eat here on a road trip with my family around 2pm and there were a few males working and just one female (that I seen) there at that moment she was very rude when I asked her if she could put mine and my siblings meals in separate bags so we know whose meal is whose instead of having just a big bag of food. She rolled her eyes as I was asking her. Once the food was ready she rudely placed the food on the counter with a nasty attitude and said “here you go”. I had asked her nicely and even said if it is too much of a hassle not to worry about it. I didn’t appreciate the unnecessary attitude and eye roll. My friend & I stopped here last night. It was busy & short staffed. We ordered from Richie who was just a joy. He had a long day but he was still personable & cheery with every customer. The order in front of us was quite large but he handled it quickly & efficiently with a smile. We could all use more workers like Richie. Bless him & his family. This is the only Taco Bell in the history of anywhere that requires you to go around three times. If you have three DoorDash orders it makes no sense. It’s terribly inconvenient and very very annoying and it’s not like the staff is mature or polite or professional about it either they don’t even know why they do it they just do it to annoy you to discourage you from picking up more than one order as a DoorDash delivery driver, we’re supposed to work together, not against one another Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On October 13. 2023 at 11 PM me and my significant other went through and ordered two chicken quesadillas, a large Baja blast and a large nacho fry. When we got up to the window, my girlfriend said she can keep the change and was like well- and the girl helping us shut the door, opened it back up and the. Said do you want the change? And ended up giving us our food and slamming the door, shut, not saying a word. We waited because we didn’t get our drink and when we informed them, there still wasn’t a single word said. Very rude service and I have experienced nothing like it. If you’re gonna come here, don’t come at night because night crew seem like the type of people that’ll spit in your food. 12 drive-thru orders filled after our to go order taking a total of 22 mins to get us out the door. Dinning area was a mess, no ice in the machine. I have gone to other taco belles and have never had an issue anywhere but batavias location it never fails if I order a crunch wrap with other food it’s never in the bag ridiculous especially after a 20 min wait
