Service was Decent, If you go inside you can only order from the Kiosks, they don't have anyone running the registers, Food was still hot even after taking it back home to eat, There were a few Items missing but we always order extra items to try from their New Items Menu, Still the best things here are their Cinnabon delights!! Taco Bell isn't know for their amazing.. anything. This place takes disappointment to a whole new level. The door was bound with a bungee cord when I tried to walk in the lobby, the drive thru was open and appeared to only be taking 2 orders, making those, and then taking 2 more orders. My drink was "filled" about an inch from the top of the cup, what was ordered as diet mountain dew, and repeated back to me was delivered as a baja blast :(. My grilled stuffed burrito was smaller than a hot dog bun and not cooked on the inside. My hard taco was broken in half when I pulled it from the bag, and my quesadilla was not heated at all. The cheese inside was completely unmelted 😂 I was on a long drive and we'll past lunch time so I only got a picture of the quesadilla with it's unmelted cheese falling out of it. Not sure if it was just an off day for them or something. But I walked in in the middle of the day, ordered my food, and then tried to sit down inside to eat it. I heard them getting irritated and talking to each other behind the counter about to choice to dine in. I'd already thought it was weird I chose the dine in option but they still put everything in bags. On top of that, I usually get a 5 layer burrito, but today is had like 2 layers. One giant, never ending bean layer with some sour cream mixed in to make it extra liquidy, and at the very end (less than an inch) there was some incredibly greasy meat. Was surprised when I got home with my order and my tacos were actually full and pretty. Drive thru was only us which was also a shock . No G2 and never asked about sauce and I realized why when I got home . 40 packs of sauce for 4 tacos and one pizza … guess that’s so the cashier didn’t have to talk as when I said thank you her response was only “ uhhuh “ but if the food gets better I’ll take it as long as everything is riht as this store has had problems for a long time . by far the SLOWEST Taco Bell I've ever been too, I wish I was joking when I say it took 20 minutes to get our food, and all we ordered was a few tacos, and a quesadilla, there were 3 employees all working in the kitchen, and only 2 people ahead of us, both of which also had small orders. I have never had a fast food place take so long in my life! I don't know if it was a bad night, or new hire or whatever, but I do not recommend it if you have to be somewhere. Also, I gave food a 4/5 because the drink fountain was out of pepsi syrup, and my quesadilla was wrong, but still good. Another Troubled Taco Bell - This is easily the most messed-up fast food restaurant chain in America. I don't know if there is a single Taco Bell location that has any idea what it's doing. Mistakes happen often and the locations rely on their parent company who refuses to ever answer complaints and just ignores them outright. At this one, you order a coffee on the app. But, the location doesn't serve coffee. Can you get a refund? Not, you can get a soda, though. What a bad joke this place is. This is a awesome restaurant the people are great. There is one worker that will keep me coming back. Janedra Hobbs (smiley) she has the best personality and is the sweetest person. Went through the drive thru and ordered food. I got home and the food was gross. Hardly any filling in the tacos or anything else in my cravings box. The Pepsi had more way too much carbonation.
