Taco Bell is pretty near Rankin Lake Park. Don't forget to enjoy perfectly cooked tacos, mexican pizza and salads at this fast food. Visitors don't like tea at Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the staff is rough as a number of guests mention. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, this place is famous for its professional service. This is the best Taco Bell location around. Much better than the one on Franklin. They always get my order right, they don’t skip out on using the correct amount of meat and stuff inside of what they are making. This is the only location I bother coming to. I wanted to give the precious girl at the drive thru a 1000 star rating. Not sure her name but it was 1-10-24 at 8:30ish she was a young beautiful, bubbly, great attitude, WONDERFUL customer service young lady. She made my night! Please recognize her! Prepared order wrong. Packed Dine-In order ToGo. Didn't give med. Drink I ordered. Ordered Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes & they wouldn't give me a fork to eat it with. When I asked for one, first she said they "didn't have any"! While They had plenty! None in Dining Room. Then, the "Mgr" got smart & tried to repeatedly give ME a lecture, instead of being courteous! This is the worst taco bell around this area. The food is cold and stale every time we stop here. We drive all the way to the Lincolnton location because of this. The tacos have been sitting in the wrapper so long that the bottom rips off when you unwrap it and the chaloupas are cold and chewy, plus the lettuce is browning and the tomatoes are mushy. If you want customer service with respect or without feeling as though your business isn't appreciated then choose a different location I have been by MULTIPLE TIMES in attempt to see if the quality changes since it happens to be just beside my place of employment. But each time they are rude and my food is either lost or "didn't come through" just to magically appear. Please don't waste your time with this one. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Completely messed up the order over charged us and didn't give us our money back on the difference then took the receipt and kept it and still messed up the order once again they was supposed to fix. Place needs to be shut down instead of being open or at least fire everyone and hire a whole new crew. Last experience here ended with a 3* review... Today changed mindset. Still don't agree with the kiosk ordering but.... The lady behind the counter was absolutely fantastic. She brings cheer and joy to this building. Greeting customers as they walk in and wishing them fair well when they leave. We actually an ordering issue and 2 employees were kind enough to help out as much as possible. Now... Some food still made wrong and some not the greatest quality but hands down the best customer experience I've ever had at taco bell. Whoever that lady was at lunch time on 11-19-23 make sure you keep her happily employed. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The young lady that took our order was great, she interacted with my granddaughter which made her day; it seems she recognized her from the drive through. My granddaughter loves the black beans and rice. I was disappointed when I got home with the food because I ordered a chalupa with no tomatoes and extra onions and in the bag was was a crunchwrap, I was annoyed but began to eat it but then started throwing up because the lady put tomatoes on it. I didn't bother to try the burrito and just threw it in the trash. I didn't bring it back to the store because I had to head to the airport for my return trip to New York. I went in and the people were so so so nice and light-hearted about everything. Food came out fast and good. They called me baby in a good ol southern fashion.
