Mid at best. Food was ok(cant ask for too much from a Taco Bell) would've been better if they had gotten the order right the first two times. Was funny watching the employees bicker amongst themselves calling each other dumba@#$es. 10-22-22 Worst fast food experience in my 55 year life. Got there at 8:30pm and didn't see anyone at the register so ordered from the kiosk. Then realized everyone in the dining room had not got there food yet. Asked one of the workers if we could cancel our order and he didn't offer any help. Over 30 minutes later we got our food. Took it to go since it took so long. My lemonade was pure water. Young lady making food kept saying "I'm not rushing" and believe me she wasn't! There were 4 people trying to run the restaurant. I came by taco bell on my way home from work I stopped by around 5:49 or so. I got my food at 5:52. I got a big order I got nacho bell granda with extra meat and cheese with 2 beef chaolpa with nacho cheese and and two soft tacos one with no cheese and extra nacho cheese on the side. Anyways I was missing 3 tacos. The chaolpa's and the taco with no cheese. I called and let the manager know I was on my way back. I get there one of the employees in the back said out loud that I probably took them out the bag and kept making nasty comments which pissed me off because why would I call and come back if it was in the bag. 1st off she is to busy talking about some guy she don't know to one of the employees trying to work if she was paying attention it wouldn't have happened. I pulled the manager aside after I got my food. And told him what happened. I tried to call up there later around 6:30 to get her name and the Corporate number he said he is new and he don't know it so he put me on hold and then hung up and when I called back serval times and nobody picked up. My aunt is a lawyer and I have a friend in the health department I will be doing something about it. I was the only person in the drive through, and a man got on the speaker and said I was driving their time up by taking too long to make my decision. They had removed my favorite item, so I was browsing, but he rudely told me I can come inside to look at their new items instead. Horrible customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I appreciate the staff at this location. They are always nice and work hard. Willie Burris is such a good man. He is very kind and polite. This was the best drive-through experience I have had in over a decade. I hope the company and his manager take time to acknowledge his hard work and dedication. The employees make the company! This is consistently the worst Taco Bell I have been to. They are always getting the orders wrong. On quesidellas they barely give you anything inside. I have been here multiple times with the same types of issues. On 12/24/22 I visited this Taco Bell location for a few meals. Every single meal that I ordered was made incorrectly. I asked for no sour cream on my 2 orders of Fiesta Potatoes and both came with sour cream. I ordered no tomatoes on my 2 Taco Supremes, both came with tomatoes. Somehow they added sour cream to my regular taco - which I did not ask for nor did I want. I asked for no sauce on my Chicken Quesadilla and guess what, they put sauce. Then my Mexican Pizza was served in a bag, on its side so this is how it looked (see photo). The entire time most of the young black employees were making derogatory comments to each other about customers and how they hated their job and how they planned on closing the store early. After complaining, politely of course, about my order being totally incorrect they began making negative comments about me. These employees got aggressive verbally with me and I stood my ground. They told me this Mexican Pizza looked fine to them and they had 20/20 vision. There was one older white guy who seemed to be the manager who stepped up to help me out and remake my order. Stay away from this store at all costs…

Just left the drive thru and the boy who said it was his second day and the man who gave me my food and fixed my drink are the BEST Taco Bell employees I have ever met, they were courteous, patient and friendly. I’ve never had such a good experience at this location or any location at that. They deserve raises immediately. They did great. The worse "hit and miss" Taco Bell in Gastonia by far!! If you really plan on getting your "money's worth" of food, suggest you drive a mile or 2 out of your way because it will be worth it!!
