Sat, Jan 28th at 4pm. The picture attached is from a different visit. This visit I ordered the grilled cheese burrito with ground beef and added guacamole & potatoes. It was made with love. The ingredients were evenly distributed. Usually, I don't leave reviews for Fast Food restaurants but I had to rave about the burrito I ate today. There was a visit before where they accidentally gave me steak instead of ground beef. They didn't even need to check my burrito- they trusted my word. In the end, I got 2 perfectly made burritos. I wouldn't have minded the steak but I just prefer the ground beef. I've seen some of the bad reviews. I've visited enough times that every employee working has helped me in some way and I've only left very satisfied. If you are getting your order wrong, you have to be the problem 🤷‍♀️ at least at this establishment.

Made an order the guy who helpe automatically says I can't take that we don't have enough my order was 32.00 I'm using a 59 so I buy kids food worth 5 dollars. Made another order which was my order 10.00 order. I said it's past the middle of the day you should have enough the guy said I guess I could help you when. He had change all along awful. No smile everyone looks at you as if you shouldn't have walked in absolutely awful experiences mediocre Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food came out quickly, was hot, fresh and was prepared with care. Most of the time when I eat at a Taco Bell, the food is messy but here the food was very neat. Big shoutout to Skylar! He was cleaning, and walking around to the tables asking guests how their food was! I have never seen that in a Taco Bell before. He is surely a valued employee! Bathrooms were also very clean. The gentleman working Drive-Thru asked us three times if we wanted taco sauce. I told him every time that we wanted a bunch of mild sauce. Needless to say we NEVER got ANY sauce at all. I'm normally pretty forgiving of simple mistakes but I've been here several times and every time they ask me if I want hot sauce and every single time they don't put ANY hot sauce in the bag. (Except for the one time they gave me the hottest of sauces when I asked for mild and the one time they gave me breakfast salsa instead!) Please stop forgetting the hot sauce! This is definitely an above average Taco Bell, in terms of quality, candor, and speed. It is not too near the residential parts of town, but situated for interstate and other major traffic flow. If hungry and needing protein, get Beefy Melt burritos and Soft Potato tacos, then add black beans. You're welcome. Order online for big savings.

Not sure if it was because it is July 4th, but went inside to pick up a Doordash order. Saw it was ready, but used the restroom first. Came out, and noticed the food was gone. Then I figured out that a customer had taken the food. He kept telling me that my customer had told him to pick it up for him. I told him that it was a Doordash order, and they wouldn't tell some random non Doordash driver to pick it up for them. Luckily, I was able to get it back before he had opened the bag. I let the workers know what happened, and they didn't care at all! Despite the fact they had only one food stealing customer inside, no one in the drive-thru, and no online orders coming in.
