It's incredible that an establishment as famous as this one has problems when it comes to knowing what it means to add beans or replace meat with beans in simple tacos 🌮 they don't know what it's like to add salt to chicken 🍗 and the lettuce or cabbage was rancid, food like that It is not edible and especially for a pregnant woman, it was the worst $30 wasted in my life. The worst I mean the worst food I have ever had. I love Taco Bell, but this Taco Bell has to the WORST EVER. I ordered through DoorDash (about 32) dollars of food. My Crunchwrap has no rice (I paid extra for it) or beef (which comes with it) in it. Then these fries let me tell you! I can’t believe somebody would even let them leave the store yet alone to a customer. The fries look half ate along with our drinks (no seals on the top) half drank. Horrible. We ordered 6 Doritos tacos, with the combo. Payed to have extra meat in all, and it did not have extra meat. We also ordered 4 orders of Cinnabons, and a Cinnabon iced coffee with one of the Doritos combos and did not receive it. Didn’t even get a substitute drink. Nothing. Horrible. Just horrible. “This particular location is really, really bad when it comes to cleanliness and friendliness. There’s one person, especially after 7:30 pm, who seems completely unhappy with their job. They wear a scowl all the time, and their responses are really rude. Let me start by saying my love for Taco Bell has no boundaries. It transverses space and time and will be a part of my heart for the rest of eternity. With that being said my Taco Bell experience today was god awful. The amount of time I had to wait for my 2 Mexican pizzas had me thinking that they were carefully placing each ingredient which such care, that the Mexican pizza was going to come out with a perfection of which the likes I’ve never seen. But as you can see from the picture plopping everything onto the center of the tortilla seemed to be more the strategy. On top of the 20 minute wait and unloved pizza, they forgot my nachos and cheese which I had to then go back and ask for so that was fun. I hate giving bad reviews but the food and service is a clear representation of the effort being put in by the staff. Hate to see the Taco Bell name tarnished in this way. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because I love Taco Bell and I don’t think any type of experience would make me give a 1. Good luck to management, hope you the best and I recommend you find a way to motivate your employees.

This is a nice new Taco Bell I wish the bought the Mexican pizza back I would definitely come more often I like the out side seating area the new location is good but they need to keep it sanitary it’s always like this

Going to this Taco Bell is always an experience. The teller is always sad. Did not get a friendly smile at all. Food takes forever to make. Tables are not clean. I always have my food to go. Is all you can drink but even that area has spilled drinks around the soda fountain. If they would clean tables frequently and clean spills frequently and greet customers with a smile maybe then people like myself would it in and then it could be a 5 star fast food.

Awesome food, terrible drive-in. Attendees never ready during the morning, not wearing their headsets. You are probably going to stay waiting at the order window if you don't step into the store. Happened to me more than 5 times and, after giving the benefit of the doubt more than once, just realized sadly this is a standard practice for this store.
