Taco Bell is pretty near Splash Country Waterpark. Luckily you can degust Mexican cuisine. The cooks here prepare good soft tacos and tasty chalupa. A lot of reviewers find that employees are creative at this place. The professional service is a big plus of this fast food. But most visitors who use Google didn't give Taco Bell a high rating.

From out of town visiting, we had to order our own food from a tablet. There were workers standing all around. All of the tables were dirty we ended up cleaning our own table for us to even sit down at. Pretty embarrassing for a fast food joint. Went through the drive-thru, on 2-19-24 at around 6 p.m., and received the best customer service from Shelby (I think that was her name). I had some special requests, she made it happen and was so helpful getting it right. The food was wonderful, too. For what ever reason I was stuck in line at this Taco Bell for 40+min. I couldn't get out. Man sounded nice on speaker but at window, no apologies,just handed me the food. Burrito had little ingredients inside. Quesadilla was hot but not worth the money. I added cheese sauce. It was very hot. I love Tacos Bell and frequent this store. Not sure of the employees name but she was a total sweetheart. My order number ended up being the same number of the year her grandparents passed. My friend thought it was jokes and made a joke out of it and made me feel bad. This is the worst Taco Bell I've been too. My wife got 2 chicken boxes. We didn't get boxes our food was thrown into the bag. It's was extremely cold!!! And we ended up with beef not even chicken. We ordered 4 toasted tacos, 2 with sausage, 2 with potatoes subbed for meat, and a toasted burrito. We had to repeat our order multiple times, and we had to ask twice to make sure we were getting the right food. Then, when we opened our tacos, they were flat and had maybe 1 egg worth of scrambled eggs, and a sprinkle of cheese. We were charged $11.13 for this. We are local and will not be returning. Terrible!! Can't leave a star for atmosphere because lobby was closed for maintenance issue. Got an order together and waited our turn in drive thru and what we wanted they said was "ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE APP!" Yet it didn't say that in the app!? So, ordered in the app and there is no where to pull up for them to bring it out to you!? Your forced to go back through the drive thru!? Terrible service, I ordered a doctor pepper and it tasted like water, they offered me sauces and I didn't have any in the bag, but this is not the first time that the drink is disgusting, next time I will ask for water so they can give me soda, because it seems that They understand everything backwards.
