Absolutely horrible! Specifically asked for NO beans on my burrito and of course there were beans on it. Husband ordered a crunch wrap and there was no meat in it! We asked an employee to take our order and we were informed that we could use the kiosk. Why do I want to do your job?? This place needs new managers who can PROPERLY train the employees! I was so looking forward to eating Taco Bell as I don't allow myself this guilty pleasure too often; however I was sorely disappointed in the quality of the food. I ordered take out of 1 chicken bowl, 2 chalupas, 1 burrito supreme and 2 soft tacos. When I arrived home a short time later all the food was seriously cold and seemed to have been made hours beforehand. The food was not only not fresh but it seemed it was made poorly to begin with... We ordered a pack(12) crunchy taco supreme and 6 soft taco supreme and when we drove around and the rudest, woman with bright red hair informed me it would be $52 and some change!!! She couldn’t explain to me how much the packs were and her answer to my question was that I got supreme and they cost more!! She got very short and asked me if I wanted the tacos or not! ?? What happened to “customers always right…”? She didn’t even try to address my questions! The lower class employment has sure changed!! You wouldn’t keep a job treating ANYONE but kind! Do not order online at this location! Veronica (the manager) is both Unprofessional and Rude. Friday I placed an order that said “Card Invalid” and still got charged $41, I went into the store expecting to get this resolved or helped in some way I asked for a manager, had to wait a good 10 minutes and Veronica (the manager) was not helpful at all. She told me there’s “nothing they can do” and to “find the number on the website” when I asked her “Can you show me where the number is?” she said “I don’t know so no I can’t but everyone else can find it.” And rolled her eyes at me. I said, “So everyone can find it, but you can’t?” and she said “Well, I’ve never had to do one, so no. I can’t help you with that.” Number is not on their website like she said, rather you have to google to find it. I will not be eating at this location anymore after the way I was treated. She treated me like I was stupid because I was concerned about my money, rolled her eyes at me a good 3-4 times, and gave zero care about the line in the lobby. Completely unprofessional! If you do find the number though, taco bell customer service is VERY helpful and explained that the charge is pending and will be refunded in 2-5 business days from now. If Veronica knew what she was talking about and didn’t try to rush me out of there so fast, I could’ve dealt with this on Friday instead of it being Tuesday and me still stressed about being $40 short. Since Customer service doesn't answer either (20 min on the 1800 and no one picked up), I feel obligated to leave a review here. It's not about the food but about why fast food chain profits are going down hill and why audacity at the chains is at an all time low...Due to poor customer service. When you are worried about a timer more than giving good customer service. To resume it all something that would have taken less than a minute, because it took longer for the manager to look at me through the drive through and explain why I had to go in the store to redo an cheddar cheese fries with steak or get a refund vs just doing it on the spot and have a happy-returning client, with no issues go home. I mean if you go through the drive-thru, the point is you don't go park and go in, not for a re-do nor a refund. But it doesn't matter because it seems like nobody cares. So see ya.... never again. Horrible food I had placed a drive thru order and They had my order of 3 vegetarian items (10.28.23 around 615PM) ready before I even got to the window to pay and there was no one in front of me. This was in less than 30 seconds. My food was missing black beans (main ingredients in my food) and it was cold!! When asked how did they manage to make it so quick, The black dude in glasses (who took my order and swiped my card) had the audacity to tell me that they make it as I place the order. I stopped at this Taco Bell on my way to Florida from Pennsylvania and I had a great experience because of Denise! She is such an amazingly caring, patient and compassionate women. I kept forgetting items for my order and had to make several additional transactions and she was so patient with me. She could see that I was overwhelmed and a bit flustered because I was caring for my ill and elderly aunt and she went out of her way to try and help me in anyway she could. A truly beautiful soul! I usually love taco bell but this location is NOT a good one to eat at. Employees were rude and dismissive, they will turn away customers so they can sit on their hands. Visited on 9/25 - also was not able to place an order on the mobile site. They locked the door early and turned paying customers away. Terrible customer service. Would barely respond to my questions at the drive through. Literally ignored me outright to the point I had to speak loud and repeat the question multiple times simply to illicit any response other than a mumble or grunt. I was super excited to see that the Mexican pizza was back but Terrible disappointed once I found it 😢 😕 buried under 4 burritos and the rest of the order. The picture speaks for itself. Lastly this place makes the absolute smallest burrito Supreme ever. My bean burritos were actually bigger. We won't even discuss the taste. This place sucks.
