My order was incorrect to begin with, and I was unaware of what all came on the steak nachos. I went back and Fredrick took care of the issues. He fixed a new order and gave me two soft tacos for my troubles. He is always wonderful with his customer service. Because of him, we will continue going here. The remade food looked really appetizing too, so he didn't just throw some in a box to get me out.

Always good experience here. Very nice people, always. I am impressed with the service and attitude. Not a bad visit yet. The owner should read this and contact me. These people go above and beyond. I have 3 examples but they are too lengthy to discuss here, just know I think this is the best Taco Bell in Spartanburg. UPDATE: I just went to this Taco Bell today and things have changed. The girl who waited on us had a cleaning bucket next to the cash register and I ate there anyway. If I go in again and it's like this, I'll leave and go somewhere else

Every time I order the Chipotle chicken burrito it never has the sauce in it. It's absolutely disgusting and dry. (Update) I went back to see if they would right the wrong and without any hesitation, a young lady in the back not even on register came up when she noticed me. Everytime we stop at this location, the staff here is always so kind and friendly. You don't experience that much anymore, so it's always a pleasant surprise and deserves to be recognized. Keep it up and thank you to the staff and management. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Every time that I come here, the worker is so sweet and kind. I always see her there. I say worker because I only see one person there when I arrive. Despite that she is so positive and resilient. She just seems grateful for life. This woman gets it! Her brand instills trust in the food that she is preparing. She accurately takes my order every time. She is never rude. Conversely, I came at a different occasion and I was trying to order a vegetarian Crunchwrap and a worker told me. That they haven’t had them for 2 years and I explained that I just had one last month. This is the difference in listening to respond and listening to understand. The worker could have asked more clarifying questions to ensure that we were conversing about the same menu item. In customer service, when you have the customer in front of you, you need to ensure that you understand what they are asking of you so that you can aid in even suggesting a sale or suggesting a different menu item. Ordered breakfast online and was told they were out of eggs. Then I was told I can't get a refund because I ordered online. The manager was untrained and did not try to rectify the situation at all. Cashier on Jan 22 at 9pm was so very rude had a terrible attitude jerked my payment out of my hand bagged food slung it at me manager walked up asked her to step away and she refused to listen all I asked the girl why a attitude why snatch she then failed to listen to manager and kept coming back to the window manager on duty was really nice but no need to be like that if you can't do your job with a smile or courtesy then quit Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
