Among other Mexican and Vegetarian cuisune places to eat at, this fast food can be one of the best. Visitors don't like tacos at Taco Bell. The pleasant staff welcomes guests all year round. If you come to this place, certainly, you are to like the surrounding pretty atmosphere. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

While in the drive-through, placing my order, I saw a young lady with the Taco Bell headset and hat come from walking from the Chinese restaurant through the drive-through directly into the restaurant, which was the same lady who ended up taking my money when I got to the window letting me know she did not even wash her hands re-entering the restaurant. I was then told when I got to the window that I needed to drive around and wait for more items on my order as they were not ready. I waited five minutes, then got out my car walked inside and told him I would just take the food that is ready. She then said very smartly. Your food is ready now I don’t know why people act like they don’t have patience. This lady was very unprofessional, very unsanitary, and I will not be eating here at this establishment ever again, they have ruined this new Taco Bell with horrible employees who do not care about their job. They are just there to get a paycheck. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everyone was nice here, Especially jaquan and the manager... The girl working the drive through was on break when I walked in. No hello or anything, Just told me I need to use the kiosk for ordering. What I wanted wasn't on the kiosk.. All the other employees were nice enough to help... Even giving me a complimentary burrito... The other girl working the drive through needs to have a little bit more manners when working with the public. The only reason i'm giving a five star rating is because they don't deserve to suffer from her slack or rude attitude... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. We sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. I called the store and they said they were backed up and to come inside to pickup our order. Went in and they had nothing for us. Asked for our ticket? Ticket? We just came from the drive thru line. There was one very large woman (seemed like the only person close to a manager) who was rude and unhelpful. I just walked out wasting 30+ minutes for 2 tacos for my daughter after an evening class. This place is a joke. Whoever owns it should check how much food they are wasting because at least 10 other cars left the line and gave up. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I hate to be that person and leave a not so nice review, but every time my boyfriend & I eat from here, something is always messed up or forgotten. I haven’t had my order done correctly since the place opened. Just go to the other one bacons bridge, don’t waste your money here ! Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The young lady at the window was very rude! We had to wait for our order, then after waiting for about 20 minutes we went inside to see the progress of our food. The whole staff had no idea we even ordered. We asked for a refund but was told, "We don't do that here." If you don't know how to do the refunds, just say that. Get someone who can. Forgot 4 items in our order. They did make it right, after making me feel like a thief. The veggie bowl was no where near full. You can see the bottom near the beans. I didn't say anything after already feeling bad.

Best Taco Bell there is. Always fast. Employees are always pleasant. Order is always correct. Almost as nice as that popular chicken sandwich chain, which is ultra rare anymore. 10/10 Would recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Made an order on The Taco Bell app the other day. According to the app my food was being prepared. The doordash driver they reserved called me and said the cashier said my order never came through. Even though the app said the food was done and on its way. So I called the store and the young lady confirmed what the driver said. And told there's nothing she could do about the situation. On top of that I was notified on the app that the driver was pulling up with my food. So I ran outside, called the driver back. Noticed his car two houses down. Once he answered I asked why is completing the delivery if my order didn't go through. Said he had to get delivery off of his phone. Food came to $20 And I tipped the driver on the app. He pulled off obviously took my food and tip. Worker that answered the phone had to be in on it. So petty I wouldn't advise ordering online from here!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Edit #1: Against my better judgement I decided to give this location another chance. I was running errands and knew they where convenient to where I would be. The food took forever to get made, I placed the order online like always and at least they had my order this time. When we pulled into the parking lot every single employee was standing on the sidewalk looking at something in the woods. Once we went through the drive through and parked in front to wait for our food to be brought out 3 employees came outside and started play fighting in the parking lot directly behind my car. Two of them where younger kids and the third was an older lady. After this visit and the lack of response from Taco Bell's head quarters to my complaints I do not think I will be giving this location or any location my money. The last three times I attempted to get food from this location the experience was terrible. And this last visit was the worst. Doors where locked, only one person working apparently, and the system was down so I couldn't even get my order that I placed online.
