I come to this Taco Bell so much I am a regular and our food always taste just right and as well always exactly like we order well i don’t know what idiots that work at this Taco Bell on this night of this review but they shouldn’t work there I come back because the whole order was wrong and left out something as well the tacos tasted awful whoever cooked them and I asked them if my food could please be recooked or something to be done and the girl at the drive through looked lost and then a boy comes to the window and ask well how should a taco taste? Like a decent cooked taco should taste from there that I always get and that’s not how you approach a customer anyway I didn’t want to say something nasty so I drove off do better because I’ve never had this problem at this Taco Bell location ever they obviously work there for a reason and it shows Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I'm not sure what happened. It used to be my favorite taco bell, and then one day, it seemed like the overall quality just took a tank. My orders always came out perfect, and service was speedy as I was a regular here. However, recently, it's been the complete opposite. My orders get messed up, things get forgotten, and it takes a long time to get my food, and it seems to show with other folks that are in the store as well. went to get a slushie we asked if the slushy machine was working, a woman in the background told the boy to say no and he did meaning he knew they were working. honestly if your that lazy just quit the job! my thirst is not a joke. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Taco Bell is superior in the fast food world. And they NEVER forget napkins which is super duper important to me. The nice lady manager always acknowledges me when I come in to pick up Ubereats or DoorDash orders. I love this location. SUPERIOR 💪🏼 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have ordered 2 orders for me and my family. The girl that was taking my order on 1/13/24 at 12:26am kept on interupting me, getting a attitude with me, the entire reasteuant was acting unprofessional. I ordered 2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos with extra cheese and instead I got NO CHEESE what so ever on both burritos. I asked to talk to the manager and I get laughed at for having a speech impediment. I told the manager that was working what was going on and she laughed at me as well, All she wanted to do was say that it was a teenager taking my order with no appology or anything. The dine-in area is NEVER open. Every time I walk over from work it's always locked. I'm not about to go to my car and use the drive through for a place that takes me about 4 min to walk to from work. Adding to this. Just went in today to try and get lunch (luckily the inside was open) but the staff was RUDE! I go to the counter because I'm paying cash not card and trying to decide my order. Girl near says "go to the kiosk" without even checking how I was going to pay. All the while they're joking and being rather loud in the back disturbing the customers that were dining inside. If I could give this place a 0 star..I would. It's by far the worse taco bell I've ever been to. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Spent 35 minutes waiting for our 2 tacos, 2 chelupas, and two drinks. The food came out but not the drinks, waited another 8 minutes for the drinks. No line, only 2 cars in the whole drive through and about 6 employees. How is that possible? We got home and realized that the order was completely wrong, there were 4 quesadillas and that's it.
