Every time we come to this taco bueno the food is cold, it looks old and the beans are especially dry and salty. Tonight we ordered their regular bean burritos and requested extra chili sauce with an order of pintos and cheese WITH CHIPS. What we received was burritos with no chili sauce at all with a glop of curdled sour cream in each one (barf!) and a cup of dry bean dip. When we checked the receipt we were charged for 3 B.O.Bs and the added sour cream on everything which we did not ask for. Also no chips for the disgusting beans. Totally gross and ended up being a waste of money in the trash. Food: 1 Service: 2

I love Bueno, but this locations, not it. Bean burritos are barely cooked, salsa bar is the worst maintained Bueno salsa bar I've ever seen. Water tasted like pool water. Cilantro looks 2 weeks old. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

2 employees on-site! I'm not sure why they are open! With this you have a dirty store, food not stocked, and the quality of the food goes down! I love Bueno and hate seeing this! Hope they get it together soon!

I don’t make review’s often but when I do it’s because I absolutely have to… I’ve tried this location maybe 3 times and each time I have high hopes because I love Bueno but each time I get let down… this particular time the restaurant was out of lettuce and party tacos which was fine I still wanted a muchaco platter but when I finally get my food home had no cheese or tomato’s and my rice looked old… such a let down! The chicken potato burritos looked more like party burritos, and were terrible! The potatoes were burnt, and tasted like old grease... The diet coke tasted like latex.. Disgusting.. Polite but food was only ok. Guacamole was dark and it was old. Hardly any hot sauce in any container. Worst part was there was a HAIR in the chips. I had to dump out the bag in order to find it but it ruins your whole appetite. 😬

The tables were dirty. The employees were wiping them down but with a dirty towel. Making them sticky and nasty. The floor was dirty everywhere, and the place smelled.
