We go here quite frequently. This time we got the nachos again as we usually do. We upgraded to the steak. This was the worst serving of nachos I have ever had. I can't believe I even paid extra for it.

I really hate writing this review but it's needed. This used to be my favorite place to get my cabana bowls from but recently I went here during my lunch break and got my usual and I've been sick for 3 days with a stomach virus. Not food poisoning but a virus!!!😳 Please be careful when eating out and make sure the place is clean where they make your food, that all food is compliant with temperatures and they wash their hands because this is no joke. Bacteria will grow on the food and cause sickness like this.

I want to rate this place a NO STARRRR. My experience with this taco cabana was unexplainable n unacceptable to even be open. I gone to this place around 8pm, n they had all there food put up n cold food out not on ice to keep temperature at point. They were heating up my food on griddle, cause they didn't want use grill cause it been cleaned n etc. But any who I dislike the place how it was ran n I wouldn't go back there, period
Hell to da naw

I stopped in for a quick bite while in The Woodlands, Texas . This is a fast/causal regional chain restaurant. This location was not crowded. The wait was not very long and the staff was friendly . We ordered a chicken fajita cabana bowl 🥣 which is served in crispy shell as well as chicken 🍗 soft tacos 🌮 🌯
I was really excited when I saw that they were serving "Mexican pizzas". I was a bit disappointed the first time I got one, because the cheese wasn't melted like I'm used to and the way the pictures show. I decided to give them another shot, hoping it was a fluke. Nope, it seems like this is just the way they make them. Sad to lose business over such a simple thing.

We ordered a large order online. We were able to visit the salsa bar on pickup. Everything we ordered, and everyone was more than happy with their food. Everything had great flavor and large portions.

As with the times, things are getting more expensive, but that is what keeps me from going more often. The Steak Fajita Burrito is great, but it used to be 4.99. The price is almost doubled now so I only go a few times a year now; it's not my 1st choice at that price point.

We were shopping in the area and wanted a quick bite from a chain we hadn't dined at in a long time. This was our 1st, and last, time dining at this Taco Cabana.
The service was nice, prompt & the restaurant was pretty clean.
Unfortunately the chips were so far beyond stale it was ridiculous. The queso was gloppy (I posted a pic). The salsa bar was near empty (another pic).
I realize inflation is inescapable, but for the prices they're now charging the least they could do is have edible food. I ordered the meal with 2 steak tacos, chips, queso cup & drink for $12. For only a couple dollars more I could've eaten at a Tex-Mex restaurant with table service & better quality food. Hindsight we should've gone a few doors up to the Taco Bell, which I do not care for, but the prices are more reasonable.

Hey, it's TB. Goggle asked, so... walked in, place was empty, and just 'not clean' looking. Went to counter, waited... had to call out for service. Food was basic TB. Only 2 sauces available. Usually 8 or so. Cannot recommend... but if you go in with low expectations, you'll be fine.

It was my first visit to Taco Cabana. A colleague got me hooked at work with the breakfast burritos. After ordering the delicious street taco combo, the cook came out from the kitchen and delivered rice and beans with freshly made tortillas. The food "hit the spot" and satisfied my hunger. First impressions last a lifetime. I most certainly will be back and support this business. I recommend others to stop here for better food rather than the Taco Bell next door. Taco Cabana is far superior and serves up real Mexican food and TexMex.
