My first visit to Tailgate and the wings did not disappoint. The lemon pepper, their version is "dry & naked", was definitely on point, fresh, hot and a good size. (Their wings are available "naked" or breaded, with a list of flavors for each type available - a nice touch that can satisfy most people's tastes.) I ordered 8 wings, which came out with a side of tots done with chili and cheese. Unfortunately, the side dish was not up to par, arriving at the table only warm and quickly became colder at the table. The service started well, as we were greeted quickly and our order taken with the initial drink order delivered promptly. However, towards the end of our visit our waitperson was absent for way too long and after a 20 minute wait for the check we wondered if we might have to go find some help. Service was great. Very friendly and good sense of humor. Food was was great. So far we have had the pizza dilla. Amazing. With no sauce it is still moist and amazing. The garlic cheeses curds are so juicy. We have tried the wings and not impressed.
