Ordered 2x rib combos and only got 1x (ordered via uber eats) phoned them and they sending the other one. As per image it is small, terrible short rib and not proper ribs as I was looking forward to. The Food in general is very tasty and worth the price you pay, however there are problems with the place. Examples are when the place is empty and you order, it takes them around 40 to 60 minutes to provide a simple beef burger. You wait a very long time, however the food is fresh so it’s okay. But when they have more than 3 orders not only does it take them so much longer but the quality drops considerably and they make mistakes when really they shouldn’t. For instance, of the 7 times I went there they have provided me a raw patties of my beef burgers a few times,(2/7 times) and there was an instance where they got my order completely wrong,( I ordered burgers but they gave me spaghetti thing instead.) The conclusion is really, the food is great, however that only applies when the place is dead and you are willing to wait a hour. I don't even want to give this place one star!!! Besides the fact that the samoosas is just raw dough inside, you don't even get rice with your meal! And it doesnt stand anywhere, so we order take aways from a menu that states there is 2 roti's and rice with the meat, and when it arrived we had nothing to eat with the meat. Phoned, and the man says there should at least be roti, gives the phone to a lady who says nothing comes with it. So which one of the 3 is it exactly??? Terrible!!! We ordered a few curries, noodles and grills. Everything was very tasty. The customer service here is spot on. We ordered beforehand and when we arrived the food was served fresh. The owner went above and beyond to cater for us. Will definitely recommend Taj Braai House to others and will order from them again. Excellent value for money. I’m all over PE every single day and get the opportunity to now and again test drive a take away or 2…. Taj Braai house has by far the best burgers in pe massive and tasty, their curry and rice lamb and chicken is fantastic… do yourself a favour and make a turn….
