Gorgeous setting, relaxing atmosphere. The food is excellent but the real stand out is the service. Here, and at all the HGV restaurants we were so impressed at the professionalism and hospitality of the staff.

Great restaurant for a quick bite or drink or full on meal. Best Guacamole EVER! Food is fresh and good portion. Servers are so friendly and professional. Superb service. Pretty good amount of option for dining and cocktails. Definitely check them out if in the area

If you want to enjoy some amazing cocktails you HAVE to go see Arlene at the bar! She was working 5-11pm every night we were here and I was never disappointed! Be sure to take a seat at the bar and let her creative freedom run wild. She might ask you for a flavor profile like sweet or sour but that's it. She's magic!
Food was fantastic, make sure to order guacamole, steak quesadilla, land and sea, or the burger!
I always asked what they suggested for dessert, churros were great but I also got something not on the menu per Arlenes recommendation, I was blown away by the banana and brownie like dessert I received!

It’s always a great experience visiting Sotol, at Hilton La Pacifica, Los Cabos. The ambiance is very charming with unique cocktails and menu, but it was the service that was hands down, 100% the best. We were served by Cecilia, who was highly knowledgeable and welcoming and made great recommendations every time we visited.
If you’re a guest at the La Pacificia hotel don’t miss this hot spot. Great views of the ocean. At night time there is a fun vibe with good music and well made drinks. I think I ate here everyday for either lunch, snack or dinner.
