Overall 5/5, great experience for a countryside grilled food with nice wine pairing Location: 4/5, a remote restaurant next to coal museum Environment: 5/5 great view in the green environ Service: 5/5 friendly restaurant by couple Arthur and Debra. We met at the very first time but they are very nice and happy to chat with us. Great sharing of the owner couple travel story and we exchanged contact after the meal! Drinks: 4.5/5 great selection of French wine Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m got the combo meat dish with two different kinds of meat. Very nice smoked beef and pork. The grease just oozes out and drips down! The cheese eggplant is also excellent. There is also a great selection of wine but unfortunately I had to bike back into town so no go this time. The eatery is actually located inside a private coal mine museum so need to pay to get in first but they actual have working coal trains that you can ride. Amazing rustic place! Amazing scenery! Amazing hosts and chefs: Debra and Arthur! Amazing food! We got the chance to celebrate our wedding at the Fumoir and couldn't dream of anything better ! I love the French auberge vibe. Hats off to the chefs who built the place🔧🔨 and manage to transmit an authentic home-made feeling.👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 I can't remember the last time I ate such flavoured smoked meat! Extremely delicious! 👏 The cutting boards on the wall, crafted in olive tree by Arthur's himself are so special! So beautiful! Thank you again ! Looking forward to coming again ! Thank you Arthur and Debra for this experience! Everything is so special and perfect au Fumoir! tasty dishes, French auberge atmosphere, warmth, conviviality, right pairing between the dishes and the wines all this in a natural environment surrounded by moutains and forests. 建議預約，都蠻好吃，最讓我驚喜的，是麵包！歐式（？）麵包的關係，所謂內裡組織密度也和常吃的不同，沾上橄欖油真是太讚了！可能因為料理模式（？）整體上次速度偏慢～但樹陰下聊天喝酒、氣泡水倒也不無聊其他的快速紀錄：鯷魚匙，不錯，魚味很重，不討厭是加分的番茄漬，好吃，清爽起司盤，起司一種，臘腸三種，油很加分，小黃瓜口感很好，整體很棒主廚麵包口感不錯，油溫溫超讚，中間是麵包+油味，兩邊微微鹹，好吃番茄不錯，但好多沙拉好吃，有點麻油孜然味好有趣😆，鷹嘴豆好吃！像碗豆酥口感總共3256/3人 Meal type Lunch Price per person $1,000–1,200
