I have been here twice and both times I got the carne asada tacos they were very good I really liked the green salsa that came with it. The service is good as well. I just feel like the restaurant itself needs music or something it's super quiet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We a have had Cuevas at Lolas in Durnago, And at the Bayfield Farmers Market: every time spot on. Great customer service, amazing food, and laid back atmosphere! Now Pagosa Springs needs one!! Food was great but for 2 tacos @ 2.50 each, 1 burrito @ $10 and 2 lemonades it was $34. Never again! And no phone number to call and ask about the bill. Either we were ripped off or that was VERY expensive lemonade.

I am a fan of cuevas tacos in Durango. Not sure if this is same ownership. I ordered the nachos and would not order them again. They were plain and dry. It had shredded cheese but would have been nice to have a naco cheese sauce on them. 21 dollars for nachos and coke and water. Pretty pricey for mediocre food. I will give them another try but will order the street tacos next time. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
