The tacos de pastor are amazing! I’ve actually been back a few times during my vacation to Puerto Morelos. Watching the chef is like watching art, I love how he cuts the pork and pineapple off and it falls into the tortilla.

I can't decide which I like the better; the suadero or pastor tacos. Both are full of flavor, melt in your mouth fantastic. The pineapple slices on them add another dimension! As others have mentioned, the chef is entertaining to watch as he cuts the pineapple and catches it with the other hand holding the tortilla and meat. Service A+ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
