Very simple traditional food. Excellent value daily menu popular with locals and visitors so fills up fast. Charming service from an English speaking waitress and the cook herself explains the dishes if you know Portuguese. Traditional family run restaurant, offering up delicious, slow cooked comfort food. They start you with corn style bread and olives, and offer a tomato-cucumber salad on the house. Be forewarned - they do not have a menu, but whatever momma cooks up for the daily specials. The decor is vintage kitsch and fun to look at while waiting for food. We enjoyed chicken with spaghetti - the chicken was utterly delicious, marinated in delicious beoth... felt like eating at Nona's! The meat fell off the bones. Finished up with coffee, with cookies thrown in by the neighbour. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €5–10

Leimos la reseña de unos gallegos y pensamos si a los gallegos les ha gustado, aquí se tiene que comer muy bien. Y claro que comimos bien, ademas la dueña es una señora maravillosa, que lo está dando todo para halagar a los comensales. Hay fotos antiguas de toros, toreros, recuerdos de antaño. Pero sobre todo mucho sabor de cocina portuguesa hecha con todo el amor. Tambien desde El Bierzo volveremos por allí

Sem dúvida uma excelente descoberta em Leiria! Um pouco difícil de chegar de carro e mais difícil estacionar mas depois é ficar maravilhado. Comida caseira com um cheirinho e sabor muito bons. Aquele pão-de-ló é simplesmente de chorar por mais! Simpatia e dedicação total. Pena não ter mais mesas. Excelente relação qualidade / preço. Que amorosas estas senhoras uma delas conhecida por estrelinha. Comida muito caseira e só feita por encomenda, não tem menu e fazem as compras no dia.
