This is one of my comfort place whenever I am craving for Chinesr style pastries and others. They provide tasty yet not expensive bakeries with good quality. Really enjoy their wide selections of baking goods and come often whenever I want. Service is around average but it does not matter when the products are delicious haha.

Horrible service!!! I used to go there very often because kids like their bread. But yesterday I went there in the heavt rain and bought 8 pieces of bread. She took my payment then just about to leave. I asked for bag, she gave me and bag and let me do the packing. And yes she is that short female reception. I bet she is not the boss otherwise she wont be treating their customers like this!! Will NOT go again!! PlUs their bread quality has definately gone down!!!

Im a first time customer trying the products and found out this Company need to update the ingredients on tastee bread etc, raisins not included on packaging. Customers out there might be allergic with raisins or sultana. This product should be recall??

To be honestly, like their bread and snacks, used to come quite often, Even though product price increased after this lockdown. Finally this time sick of their Terrible service!!! 1000% Ignored!!! Especially after you purchased, Once get the payment sorted, short female cashier went into kitchen immediately without saying anything, even though you want to call them back ! No response at all! Treat u as nothing again and again! Unbelievable. Won’t come anymore!!! Really wish they better improve or shutdown ASAP! Totally Terrible Experience ever!!! Luckily for them, Google ratings have no zero Star! They definitely deserved ZERO star rating in North shore bakery service!!!

Very nice cartoon birthday cake for kids. They normally give a free pack of candles for birthday cake but only give 2 candles this time when I really need 7. Very disappointed! Maybe the changes from the new owner?!

Use to go here all the time in the past. Changed owners - quality and presentation has dropped greatly. My birthday cake looked terrible and wasn't that tasty either.

We bought the Milky Bomb. It was not a Milky Bomb it was a Coconut Bomb. This happened 2 times. They are misleading their customers.
