I have been visiting the restaurant since my childhood, primarily for their biryani, which I have always loved. However, during my last visit, I was disappointed to find that the BBQ was undercooked. I brought this to the attention of the staff and requested them to cook it properly, but unfortunately, it still didn't meet my expectations. On the positive side, the rest of the staff was friendly and provided good service. However, I found the order taker to be rude and unprofessional, which impacted my overall experience. Despite my long-standing relationship with the restaurant, this recent experience left me feeling unsatisfied.

The waiter was ill-mannered, rude and ready to fight for no reason. Please avoid visiting this place with your family and even alone if you have some self-respect. Worst Service Ever!!!
