Belmont is happy to finally have a decent cafe💛 However this location has very bad seating and zoning.
The whole space is taken by the counter. The seating is all around it along the walls, that have columns and niches limiting the space. Bulky couches eat even more of the space. Why not make more space by putting chairs instead? So that people can move them to their comfort?
One zone (e.x. a table put in a niche) overlaps another (see the picture). The zone with high chairs is squeezed between the kitchen and the counter, right in the middle of food smells and non-stop fuss of the personnel.
Good new is that they finally started letting people sit in the area by the window 💛
Though the overall space is much bigger than that of Tatte in Charles Street, Boston, you will not see Tatte’s famous wooden table with flowers here because of bad zoning.
The personnel is very nice, the atmosphere is cheerful. I recommend this place to anyone. Let’s hope they will figure out how to improve the seating soon 😍

So happy to have a Tatte Bakery close by! I love this location and definitely think the acoustics are better vs other Tatte Bakeries. Higher ceilings and less noice bouncing around the walls.
Of course in true Tatte fashion everyone is welcoming and attentive. Ordered Tuna Nicoise Salad and BLAT Sandwich. Our lattes couldve been better, but the location’s new, maybe the barista still getting a hang of things. Pastries are fresh, must come earlier for a Cheese Bureka!!
What is unique in this location is they rolled out a sizeable supper menu from 5-9 PM. Will definitel be back to try!

Nice place. High quality chef quality food, and pastry in the French-ish style. A bit noisy but an attractive white tile interior design. I like it, will go back. Wish they had some locations in Seattle!

Came for a quick dinner and was surprised to enjoy the most exceptional service and tasty salads with bread basket, flowers and more. Love this February special dinner menu! Thank you Tatte's Lee and the whole team for making my day! I will definately be back!

As a visitor to Boston, Tatte is one of my favorite spots to hangout. I wish ☕ was little extra hot. I really liked the pita bread with hummus fava beans. Pastries 🥮 tasted excellent.
Classic Tatte experience. There is a decent amount of nearby free street parking as well as a small lot in the back. The little patio and outdoor seating is a nice touch for warmer weather months.
Not so pleased with coffee and plain croissant. Croissant tastes like one you get from bjs. Staff was nice and the atmosphere. Will give another try for something different.
Love convenient Tatte to dine, coffee, take-out, relax & chat.
Scrumptious food, excellent service, friendly staff who take time to genuinely welcome & converse. Indoor & outdoor seating. Brightness with very comfortable ambiance conducive to happiness in situ.
In area on holidays from Ireland.
Thank you for helping to make my days. I’ll be back!
We've been looking forward to trying this place but were disappointed with the lack of flexibility (wouldn't make a custom drink) and slow service. We'll give it another try and update the post if it's better next time. I want to like this place! Cheesecake bite was outstanding!
I was excited for this location opening since I live in the area and there are not many good cafes around. Sadly disappointed as it looks like they haven’t figured it out yet. Ordered the tomato and goat cheese scrambled egg plate for takeout and received no tomatoes or goat cheese… comical. We were able to get our money back. We will probably try again but not for a while. Please get it together!!!
