This was our first time ordering these cookies. My partner and I never had them before. Upon ordering we asked the young lady how long they stay good. She told us 5-6 days on the counter and 2 weeks in the fridge. We only had them for 3 days and on the 3rd day, they were basically rock hard. Thankfully we only had 1 left at that point. I would definitely recommend switching then to a better container or putting them in the fridge. My partner and I both said the peanut butter cookie was our favorite, out of the 6 we ordered. Been using them for 3 years for fantastic treats for my customers and family! Small issue with an order this morning. They immediately acknowledged the mistake and made it right, no questions asked. That's how business is done! I'll continue using them and referring them as the best cookies anywhere! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

OMG! These cookies are amazing. The Snickerdoodle was possibly the best I've had! The S'mores, Chocolate Chip, and Salted Caramel Pretzel were equally amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating for allergens. They were pricey, but worth it since they aren't just cookies, they're an experience.

These cookies are kind of overrated. The flavors are ok but I taste more sugar than the actual cookie flavor advertised. I see them trying to promote every single flavor in the universe like every other cookie company on TikTok. Nothing really sets them aside from any other cookie company. I am a bit obsessed with cookie companies and Taylor Cookies did not disappoint. Loaded peanut butter, peanut butter and jelly, espresso bean, oreo, Oatmeal chocolate chip, smores, double chocolate with peanut butter. Loved them all. Service was spot on and very welcoming
