This place is usually pretty busy! But for good reason. We have been coming here every few days during our time in the area over 2 weeks. We order the large hokkaido milk tea with 3x boba 🧋 one time we got a mango milk tea. The boba has been so good, always! We tried another place in town and came right back to Tea City

My husband and I went to try the Boba tea and we got the signature milk tea and the sunset tea. It was hands down the best Boba tea I've had.

Used to love this place, I’m a frequent customer and now will never be back. There was 2 dead bugs in my drink and the owner refuses to refund me or make it right. Ridiculous to service your customers this way.
Update: yes, I got the right place. I go there frequently and can provide receipt on same day so don’t pretend you didn’t get phone call back about my drink having a bug. You, The owner, refused to get on the phone, the poor boy working didn’t know what to say and apologized for not being able to refund or replace our drink. Really sad when you go here 3-4x a week & they won’t even replace your drink when there was 2 bugs in it. I now go to top tea & experience amazing customer service every time. Support businesses that treat their customers well.

It's was disgusting . Tapioca was like chewing rubber, and boba tasted bitter.
I never said this was my first boba tea, I have tried many different places all over houston and San Antonio and there boba and tapioca was always amazing. It's sad that the main owner can't comprehend that once you leave tapioca cooking to long it becomes like rubber. Bit what do I know. 🤣

I ordered a lychee tea with pineapple jelly and a taro milk tea with boba and they were both really great. The two sizes presented were a 32oz and a 16 oz (I got the 32oz). Service was also really quick.

Love this place! Been going since 2018 and it’s improved so much and the atmosphere is amazing and the food and boba is great! Love this place!

First off the atmosphere of the environment nice, and was excited to try the tapioca from this location. Was not happy of the tapioca taste. Tapioca sugar tasted burnt. Tapioca was consistent and chewy but could not get past the burnt sugar taste. I’ve had plenty of tapioca from different locations to know how it should taste, was not satisfied with my drink this time around.

My sister was in line, ordering drinks for my parents. They took the order of the people in the line but after she walked up was told they were closed instead of taking their order. There were only 3 people in line, including her at the end. Definitely disappointed and do not recommend coming here. If I could, would give no stars.

Cons- it was really warm in there as if they had no A/C and had a mild odor
Pros- loved how the store was set up, comfortable seating, a wide variety of drinks, and the lavender milk tea I ordered was really good! Pros outweigh the cons therefore the 5 stars :)

Loved their shaved ice! My family and I got the green tea flavor and the mango flavor...both amazing and with great toppings! We also tried their smoothies and teas and both were incredible! Lastly, I liked their snack options and we will definitely come back.
