Went there around 9pm during public holiday but the staff had started packing and only 2 choice of milk tea is available. The milk tea and pearl is not niceeeeee. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Customer service very bad.. They told me I can’t use toilet, because under maintenance.. But I see one of the staff using the toilet same time.. Next time just hang board there, only for staff Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 1–20

Very convenience tealive store. You can get tealive tubler here. Waiting time is pretty fast and they gave lot of bobas + choc spread

I know they tired because it 6 p.m already, but please don't raise your voice to customer. Cakap kuat takpe, tapi jangan sampai rude. I went there and the cashier was so rude ya. I asked her about the mco offer but not clear about it. If you customer don't understand, explain to them nicely. Also, please make sure you have enough balance. Ada duit pecah siap siap. Don't expect customer will bring exactly cash to pay. I gave rm50 and she asked me to give her duit kecik???? Luckily, I had the tng e wallet and I had to top up my tng that time!! But what will happen if other customer only have rm50 and dont have e wallet??

I just love tealive but according to me its not fair if it closes too soon before the actually time updated on Google...we know its closing timing but how could closing timing takes you 55-60 minutes like an hour...🙄...and when I ask about this to the staff they say it's their rules cmon I don't understand why it takes 1 hour for your closing...it night and people craves food at this time...atleast take they order till 10 pm would be nice...

This is the only Tealive which has consistently got my order wrong both times I've visited. The lady at the cashier has a very poor attitude and is not well trained to handle customer inquiries politely. I sincerely hope the management of this branch will take up the effort of retraining their staff to live up to customer expectations!

The customer service was so bad. They were playing their phone under the counter and I stood there for like few minutes over there and they were not welcoming at all.

Returned order for undercooked pearls. I don’t get the staff’s comment on how they’ve already served so many orders today and other customers have yet to complain, seolahnya sya sdg cari pasal. Please, just slice the pearls apart and you’ll see that it’s raw inside, what’s there to dispute. Anyway, at least I still got reimbursed with another drink.

banyak banyak tealive yang ada dkt port dickson ni, pekerja tealive ni paling biadap dgn customer. AND THATS WHY I SANGGUP beli tealive dkt shell ataupun dkt petronas batu 4 tu. I do understand if sometimes they r being rude coz maybe they r tired but then, ive received rude services from the workers there each time i went there. Even all of my friends pon ckp pekerja tealive pd mmg kurang ajar. And just now my dad pegi beli tealive tu and asked for plastic but then they ignored (this is not the first tine they ignored customers and ive received the same treatment countless times) my dad. I REALLY HOPE THE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT CAN LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
