We were kinda a pain due to our friends not showing up then showing up, but the staff was accommodating and extremely helpful. The food was fantastic. Everyone loved their meal and it was huge for a reasonable price. This restaurant is on my favorite restaurant rotations. The atmosphere is great, a little loud, but it was Friday and there was a big group. We just had lunch there today, 3-2-24, we had a great time our server Fernando was great, we like our food spicey so he spiced up our meals and salsa just right for our taste. By the way the complementary chips are great, warm out of the fryer. I had the Torta Ahogada and it was excellent! The Wife had the Tecate Burrito and she chose steak, it was also excellent. I make a lot of my own Mexican food and we eat at Mexican restaurants often, this was definitely one of the best in recent memory and we will be back soon! Best restaurant in Severance! Always easy to get a table, even in large groups. We love the food and the staff is friendly! I love their shredded beef enchiladas and white sauce. I ordered yesterday for the first time. My total was $30 for just myself. I ordered a 1/2 pint of salsa that I didn’t receive with my order. The burrito was terrible, I could’ve made better at home. The guac was not appetizing either. I ended up tossing most of it. The salsa was the only thing I liked, I would have loved to get my full order instead of the 2oz container. I had an amazing experience at the new Mexican restaurant in Severance, Colorado! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was exceptional – each dish was bursting with authentic flavors that truly transported us to Mexico. Our group of 7 guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious tacos, flavorful enchiladas, and the mouthwatering guacamole. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was presented beautifully. The food and service are always so good here! I have been a few times and always enjoyed it! Many margaritas to choose from and a very nice menu with a lot of pictures to help you choose. I get the carne asada every time, and it always makes me so happy and full. The staff are very attentive and friendly, which just adds to the positive experience! Ate here for lunch everyday while completing a job and every visit was great. The food is a HUGE improvement from the competitor down the road and had more authentic flavors. Growing up in a half Latin household it was great to find somewhere local when we are out here that actually understands Latin flavors. Didn't try drinks the only gripe I had was the waiter would forget to offer sweetener with ice tea but I know what draw they keep it in now so no biggie! Let me preface with, previous experiences here have been enjoyable; however, tonight was not one of those. It is my anniversary, so I treated myself with a t-bone steak. I ordered it medium rare. What I picked up is the thinnest steak I've ever seen in my life. I'm fairly certain the dollar store sells steaks this thin. It was not medium rare, it is well done and dry. I cannot express enough my dissatisfaction. On a night of celebration, I am cutting up dry pieces of thin steak to put into a quesadilla, I'm having to take the time to make myself, just so it can be edible. So disappointed.
