This place is better than some other toast restaurants ive been to. I got the hash egg which had a some lettuce and some tangy red sauce, which cut nicely through otherwise neutral flavors (egg, bread, potato). It had egg salad on it, which was an unpleasant surprise at first, but after a few bites I think I preferred it to solid egg.
Finally, and most importantly, it was clean! The sandwich is on a single slice of thick toast cut almost all the way through. So the filling doesn’t push out the back when you eat it. Yay
