We were staying at The Piccolo hotel so when we found out there was a rooftop bar we had to try it. It’s was 97 degrees on a Saturday night so we were the only people up there. There were lots of staff members and they didn’t seem overly anxious to see us. We ordered spicy margaritas and man they were definitely spicy and delicious. We also ordered a charcuterie board and a flatbread. The charcuterie came out quick and it was rather pathetic looking. The cheese was hard and flavorless. It literally felt like a bunch of dice. The nuts were a ton of walnuts that were just a cheap filler. The crackers (if that’s what they were) looked like communion wafers. We actually sent the cheese tray back and canceled the flatbread because we were afraid it would be a frozen pizza. The presentation was terrible, the figs looked like they were old and petrified. We ran into another couple in the elevator and they also said their charcuterie was terrible. For $31, don’t order it!
