Service was amazing!! Trey (Treys?) Was fantastic, busy night but made sure to stop by and make sure we were happy. This Texas Roadhouse is awesome. We were seated very quickly. Service was stupendous. Food was spot on ! Chicken fried steak and 20oz. Bone in ribeye was delicious. Try one ! You can't go wrong. In the words of the terminator, "I'll be back." and... yes, skynet went live... jk, but really, this TRH is dope. I love this place! Food is always good and plentiful and they give you as many rolls as you want. I had the chicken fried chicken, which I've never tried, and it was the best I've ever had, hands down! Joy made us feel welcome and was on top of her game. Thanks Texas Roadhouse! The front end staff is unorganized, and had the audacity to be rude about it, lol. Waited outside in our car for 45 minutes for a text reservation that was only supposed to be a 25 minute wait (no biggie, we understand it was a busy Wednesday), only to come inside and wait another 20 minutes because they put our reservation under the wrong name... You see, my name is Alicia, and I reserved a table for 2...but the initial hostess put our reservation under "Anthony/party of 4" When I inquired as to why this happened and why we were called inside from the comfort of our car just to stand inside and continue waiting in the crowded restaurant (there's only so much room in front of the meat counter), I was met with an attitude from a hostess with a high ponytail, dark gray long sleeve TXRH jacket, and French tip nails stating that "my reservation didn't matter because my position in line was the same anyway." Yeah, logical. So, according to her logic, if I didn't inquire about the extended wait they would've just been calling for Anthony and I was just supposed to know that meant me? That interaction took my intended meal from $100+, to $30 appetizers and drinks because my initial interaction with that particular hostess ruined my want to spend money there ever again. It doesn't help when half the hostesses are just hanging at the front holding up the walls on their cell phones while everyone else is working double time to pick up slack (pictured)... Also, if anyone knows Anthony, tell him his table is ready. Rosie's across the street is way better if you need a suggestion after waiting an hour for a table under the wrong name at Texas Roadhouse, LOL! I have NEVER been disappointed when we come to eat here. And today they REALLY made my night 🫶🏼 , after all the stress & depression of these past few months I was CRAVING their food! Their honey butter especially. I asked in special notes for “4 full honey butters please” and I just gotta say. THEY UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT 🤣!!! I checked before I left and the takeout guy at 1 looked so concerned and said “😳 that’s um a lot of butter” I smiled & said don’t you worry it’s DEFINITELY gonna be used! I walked off like a kid out of a candy store. Hopefully no one gets in trouble for this but because of how happy it made me I didn’t take any time to put a 5 star review. We have been there more than once eat in and it’s always fabulous!!! 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you all. Staff and food was fantastic!. If anyone can make my husband happy with a great steak this place did it. My husband said his steak was the best one he had in a very long time and that is praise indeed coming from him! Would definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse to each and every one! Very loud but it's Texas Roadhouse on a Friday night. We waited little over an hour for a table. Walk ins so not a terrible wait Once seated things moved quickly. Food came out hot, however you could tell the staff was super busy because a few small details were missed. The cleaning staff were always ready to go. We went here on a Saturday night and even though the parking lot looked packed and I figured we'd have a wait we were seated rather quickly. Our server Joe provided excellent service, was very friendly and was always checking up on us so we never had to wait for refills or anything else we needed. The prime rib dinner was absolutely delicious, the salad was fresh and the loaded baked potato came out hot and very loaded. Most places give you just a bit of toppings where you have to ask for extras but this place actually gives you it fully loaded with no extras needed. 10 out of 10 for our night out here and we will definitely be back.
