Got loaded fries and a critter salad to go. Great salad and was soooo excited for the fries. When I opened the box there was no bacon on them :( really bummed but everything else was good and the to go gal was very sweet! I used the online checkin for my dinner reservations with my family started the process at 16:45 arrived at the location at 17:00 and waited for my text. As soon as I received the 17:52 I walked into the establishment and spoke to a host who that told me I was checked in and would be called shortly. 20 customers were seated and me and my family were still waiting so I went back to the hostess and was told I was never checked in and I I said I visited with said person she got offended then called the manager on me for fixing the issue. After being seated I received dirty plates to eat my appetizer on. I will say my server was on point tonight and the food was pretty decent as well. Always enjoy a good Texas style steak size wise. The service was excellent and for being extremely busy the wait staff and hospitality crews worked seamlessly. Our hats off to the chefs/cooks for well prepped meals that came to our table at a good sizzling temperature. We stopped in to enjoy a quick lunch, unfortunately, lunch was interrupted with this little guy (cockroach) crawling on the menus. We will never return back to this location until this situation is professionally resolved. Truly disappointing being loyal customers. This is one of the worst Texas Roadhouse restaurants I’ve ever been to and I have been to a lot all over the country. Can’t imagine what the food is going to taste like if we’re off to this kind of start😳 It’s really disappointing to experience this and have to pay a few Benjamins for this experience. Our daughter called and ordered desserts for us and the staff had to find out who we were! A surprise when our great waitress told us our daughter had ordered desserts for my husband's 75th birthday! Jessica was hands down the best server ever. She made this experience so amazing from start to finish. Everything was spot on perfect. Speed of service was perfect. Quality of food was perfect. She was so polite to us and patient with our son. When the manager stopped by to grab the receipt from the table I mentioned how pleased we were with our service. Any issues we had if any were addressed promptly and I just so appreciate the quality service she provided. I wish dinner every night could be that easy. It’s been a loooooonnnngggg time since we’ve been able to sit and enjoy ourselves like we did tonight. Can’t express that enough. 10/10. will 100% be back and next time I will be requesting her!! First time in along time my steak was cooked to medium rare. I have been to a couple Texas Roadhouse locations and this one got it right. Waiter was attentive, drinks were always full. My husband and I came for dinner and we were seated fairly quickly. Jade was our server and she was AMAZING. Food took a little long to come out and when it did my husband’s steak was overdone but Jade was very apologetic and got a new one going for us. The manager brought out the new one and apologized also. Jade was so sweet and attentive and she definitely made the night more enjoyable! Thanks Jade!
