Prime time on Valentines Day. One of the few places with call ahead seating. Got there and checked in. We were 33rd in line. Less than 20 minutes later we were seated. Very organized. Our server was amazing. Friendly, prompt, accurate, fast, attentive, and patient. Got all of our orders correct. Food was excellent. NY strip Pittsburgh style with garlic butter and Sauteed onions and mushrooms. Nice portions. 4 meals and under $100. Evening could not have gone better. Again, kudos to the staff and management for the near perfect execution on a crowded and hectic evening! They had a small wait, we waited no time. Reserved our seating beforehand. They are staffed largely so the service is always good and the servers never seem overwhelmed. Our server was great and the food was good too! Different Managers came by to check on us to make sure we were okay, and everything was great. Was a great dining experience. We stopped by on our way home from the Charlotte are. When we went it was for an early dinner.we did have a wait but it wasn't very long, probably about 10 minutes. We started out with the onion and had salads to follow. We had the fillet tips served over mashed potatoes and I had a NY strip. Food was served as ordered however we did have a fairly long wait. The server was very nice and kept good tabs or us. I feel the food was fairly priced for the quality. My wife and myself went there to eat on a whim. I have to say myself that it was amazingly delicious, and the service was great. Plus there was no wait to be seated. We’ve eaten here a couple times and have always had excellent food. This place is typically packed with a 45 - 60 minute wait. We check in on google maps and add ourselves to the waitlist rather than sitting there for an hour. Service is typically good considering the amount of people, however drink service is very slow. I went just before 5:30 to catch the dinner special. There were two groups ahead of me but the hostess gave me a helpful suggestion to dine at the bar since it was just myself. Doing so I was able to bypass the wait time (whew!). Once seated, the bartender Chris was attentive and quickly took my order. I got the country fried chicken with gravy and two sides. The food came out maybe 10 minutes and everything was delicious including the fresh dinner rolls they serve complimentary. Serving was plenty and I could barely finish my plate. This location is great, we've been two weeks in a row now, and it's consistent. The service is top-notch regardless of how busy they get, and, they do get busy. The food has been phenomenal both visits. I would pick their sirloin over most any, my own included, ribeyes any day of the week. Our server, Drew, was on point and made some awesome recommendations. I brought my grrrl here, for her first Texas Roadhouse experience on her bday. She didn't want them to know, we both would've been beet red. I told her order whatever u want so she opted for the 32oz. Porterhouse steak!!! I got filet mignon. Sooo yummmy.
