We invited our friends from Germany to a brunch to try Texbrotchen food. With pastries & breads from
Texbrotchen combined with cheeses, olives, nuts & drinks, they loved it all with a special appreciation of the breads as a harken reminder to growing up in Germany.

I got the Cinnamon Pastry (FranzBrötchen) and the Braided Raisin Bread (Rosininzopf). The raisin bread was so much larger than expected and was absolutely delicious! My grandma and I were fighting over who would get to keep it before compromising to split it! We also loved the cinnamon pastries and thought they were fantastic as breakfast, snacks, or something sweet to go with coffee or tea! The prices are great, the baked goods are even better, and the owner is extremely nice to top it all off! I can’t recommend them enough!!
Got a batch of Fastnachts and man oh man! I have not had them since I moved to Texas and it made my Pennsylvania Dutch heart so so happy. Delicious and I can't wait to try the Shoofly Pie and some pretzels 🥰 In heaven!
