Thanks to the waitress Lauren who recommended the wings and the ribs I had one of the best experience ever at an airport. The beer was cold and the food was warm and fresh. God bless her heart she was so sweet.

Don’t bother. Dirty chairs, dirty tables, ribs as dry and chewy as jerky…. But at least the service is slow. Waitress left to get a refill on a drink and was gone over 10 minutes. When waitress finally came back, and I was able to tell her how bad the ribs were, which I did not eat, she just took them away and didn’t ask what I wanted or if I wanted different ribs. Wife ordered a Cobb salad and they brought one with chicken and charged her for chicken she didn’t order. Do not recommend. TGIF has sure gone downhill. Probably one of the best airport meals I've had in a while. The chicken sandwich was nice but the fries were amazing! Also the service was fast and super nice, definitely recommend this place if you're traveling from DFW airport Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I sent one order of “loaded” potato skins (they were anything BUT loaded) back and the manager brought out the new ones. I said they weren’t cooked and they were cold. He replied: “No problem”! I said well I’m glad it isn’t for you but it was for me. Avoid this place at all costs! Between their ridiculous prices and poor food quality, it’s like they’re laughing at you. Decided it was time for some much needed sustenance. This was a good decision. Airport restaurants are hit or miss, but this was definitely a hit. Table and establishment were clean and tidy when I arrived. Staff was friendly, polite, and attentive. Service was great. The food came out fresh and hot. It was also full of flavor. The orange peach Mimosa was delicious as was the bloody mary. Great experience. I'll stop during Travels again. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Quick good airport dinner. They have booths so you can sit and order and pay without waiting for service. Food arrived as promised without 10 min. I had a Cobb salad and and ice tea which they were quick to refill. Left satisfied for my flight in no time. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

The food was very good! We had the Cobb salad and the loaded cheese fry burger. It came out very fast (recommend if you have about 1hr till flight leaves). The waitress was friendly and she filled our water up to. Overall nice restaurant inside of the DFW! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Passing through DFW connection yesterday and decided to have lunch at this TGI location. (By Terminal C29). We got seated, and after almost 15 minutes of waiting for a server, nobody even acknowledged like, “hey, I’ll be with you in a minute” or something. All this time, there were two workers just chatting and busy with their phones. Anyway, we walked out and went instead to Pappadeaux Seafood. It was an awesome $150.00 meal. TGI Friday maybe needs to have a conversation with their servers about customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a bacon cheeseburger here during a dinner time layover. The food was tasty and filling, and didn't make me feel ill on my flight! Service was snappy as well, and the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance. This was my first time eating at a TGI Friday's. They made a positive impression. Perfect. We just had breakfast here during our layover and Casey was phenomenal! He was quick, friendly, and very attentive. My husband and I both ordered a bacon cheddar omelet and everything was delicious. The food was ready quickly and flavorful. They have a scan and pay option, which is very convenient if you're in a hurry. Although, our server was very efficient, so I'm positive he would have handled our checkout in a timely manner.
