Best Thai food in New Zealand! Absolutely love Thai Delight; Very authentic & so fresh & delicious! Thought I’d try a different place to my usual, but sadly this will not be my new Thai restaurant. I ordered a pad Thai and it was really lacking the normal flavour that I’m used to at Thai restaurants. It didn’t have the typical pad Thai sauce is what I think. Was it nice ? Yes , but not what I’m used to with a pad Thai so hence 3/5 stars. Bit of a shame as it was a good price Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Had take away for pad thai and crispy pork with rice. Large serving howeve did not enjoy the food. The taste of the pad thai is not the usual i am having with other thai resto. Yum food, good portion size. Nice and clean too. They forgot to put tofu on the vegetarian Laksa but portion was big enough that it wasn’t a big deal. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Finally I found you, I come to the naki every 2 months, have now tried all Thai restaurants, wish I found you at the start, I order Panang Curry Chicken (med - hot) and chicken satay, they smashed it the others don't come close if you want fresh, authentic, great food, look no further ! Our family had dinner here tonight. We are visiting from out of town and wanted to eat somewhere not too flash. Thai Delight was perfect close to our hotel. Small and simple inside but clean with friendly staff. Food was good quality and generous portions. They are kid friendly. So if you want tasty Thai without the flash get down to Thai Delight.
