Great spot.
Clean, neat and organized.
Don’t get a corporate feel here.
Could be friendlier (But I’m Brazilian so our standard of friendly is on another level 😅)
Anyways, I’d definitely come back and also recommend it to others looking for a good bagel, good coffee and a great place to do some work while you’re at it.
I had an iced French vanilla coffee, with a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Bagel was soft and yet very spicy (dughhhhh is a jalapeño bagel 😂) I’ve had a jalapeño bagel from a store in Hudson that tasted batter as it was less spicy but more flavorful and the cheese was on the outside of the bagel instead of the inside. Coffee tasted good.
Please do come in, try it out and support a local business.
I live closer to the bagel table in chestnut hill but they don’t do online order nor do they have that much seating. This location is so much better and provides the service you expect. One of the few bagel shops where they warm it up AND cut in half without you asking. Ordered takeout and ended up sitting there bc it bad lots of seating options and plenty of bright light coming in.
I can’t really speak to the experiences of some of the other reviewers, and maybe this location had some growing pains , but they must have figured them out. The bagels are seriously good and fresh. Great atmosphere and excellent selection of bagels.
You can’t trust a place that microwaves its eggs but the bagel was surprisingly pretty solid. The girl would only sell sandwiches the guy behind me. I’ve never been more confused by a place.

Hot cappuccino, extra shot, extra foam. There was no foam at all, and even with the extra shot (was there, though?) there was absolutely no flavor. I spent over $6 for what tasted like hot water. Never again.
Five months later it only got worse. I specifically said a splash, if any milk at all. The medium sized cup was filled to top…which means all milk. A shot of espresso is at best 1/4”. Never again
Five stars for the bagels - fresh and tasty - and the wide selection of teas.
Three stars for the chocolate croissant - definitely was not baked fresh today.
Still, I'm so happy to have a bagel place nearby, and will give their other pastries a shot.
I'm sure I'll be back!
This place has tremendous potential. It's the only bagel place I've found in the immediate area, the service is very good, and the decor and seating areas are very nice. It's a great place to sit and relax or to meet with someone and have a pleasant conversation. However, the bagels are very mediocre. In full disclosure, I'm from New York and I've been spoiled by having access to outstanding bagels for many years. If they can get the bagels right, this place should do great!
My wife and I had driven by The Bagel Table a few times and decided to give it a try. Sadly, it was not up to expectations. I ordered a cinnamon-raisin bagel toasted dark with cream cheese. My wife ordered a poppy seed bagel the same way. There was no poppy seed bagel visible so she asked the order-taker. The order-taker checked in back and assured us that there were poppy seed bagels available. We placed and paid for our order, and stood aside to wait. There were others waiting as well
The woman who delivered the order could not read our name on the order ticket and proceeded to try to read the order instead. With the masks on, it was difficult to understand her. I asked her if it was with poppy seed order, and she said it was.
When we got in to the car, we found that the poppy seed bagel was no where to be found. There was a plain bagel instead. It was toasted correctly. My wife did eat it, but declared it unremarkable. My cinnamon raisin needed more cinnamon and raisins, and was not really toasted. Very disappointed. We did not go back in try to fix the order as we did not have the time. We really wanted to like this place, but will not be back. I hope that they read their reviews and can get their act together. It would be nice to have a good bagel restaurant close.
