Place is cool, got inside and outside space to eat which not kind of boring space when sit here. They don't serve table to table; you must make order through cashier, pay first and get your pager, so hassle free. Food and drink taste is good, 7.5/10. The price just little high compare to normal cafe, portion and 'accessories' for spaghetti we ate was just so so. Btw huge compliment for service, they was friendly and great! Keep up, thanks! Truly amazing. the staffs are friendly and nice and the food and drink are amazing. I requested iced cappuccino but to no avail. fortunately the barrista heed my request for lukewarm cappucino instead. the egg tarts are delicious and the atmosphere are warm and relaxing. Their coffee are awesome. I'm here for Cappuccino. Smell and Taste of the coffee. If I'm back to kuala terengganu again, i will visit again for its signature because today i only need Cappuccino. Very near to paya bunga hotel. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 1–20

This is my honest opinion based on my few visits here. It is situated at the ground floor of Pb Square where the cinema is situated. I always have a coffee here before or after the movie. Food: I love the waffle. So i only ordered waffle here. The filling is generous. Rm5.50 for two fillings! As for the coffee, love the basic cappuccino, latte and flat white without any syrup. It is just nice- not too sweet❤️ The place is comfortable. Inside the cafe is cold, and outside is cosy too. My only concern is the outside area is NOT A NON-SMOKING AREA. People can smoke freely here ( it is not the waiter/waitress’ fault. They might feel afraid to warn those thickheaded customers🙄) Maybe the authorities can do something about this? Oh. One more thing, the paper cup for take-away is kinda small for the price. Perhaps u can also improve on this? 😬 The waiter/ barista ( the tall handsome young man) and the waitresses are all friendly and helpful. Cappuccino was ok...not the best cappuccino in town. But the service is friendly and warm. Although the coffeehouse located in the heart of city but It is hidden at ground level PB Sentral. There is also parking spaces designated for their customer only.

The cafe seems like a good place to spend time alone. Friendly service and the coffee tasted good. I'll be returning because of their peaceful space and there's also designated parking area for customers.

they mistakenly served the wrong coffee but the waitress changed it back out of courtesy, in which I highly appreciate, thank you for providing the best service!

The food and drinks was good especially their signature spaghetti..The spaghetti was tasty and different from others spaghetti that i have taste before..However,it will more delicious if it serve hot and reheat a bit more.The flavour was there,it’s just need more time for reheat.Ordered few times on grabfood and it’s quite satisfied.Overall it’s all good,keep up the goodwork and you guys should visit Bencoolen. 🙌🏼
