I would give this zero stars if we could. Worst “restaurant” experience ever. It’s really just a food counter. Every time we asked to order an item they said they were out of it entirely, or didn’t have many of the main components of the dish. No crispy chicken breasts, no burger patties, no Gorgonzola cheese, etc. After asking what they did have, we settled on Loaded Tot-Chos a Grilled Chicken Sandwich (that’s supposed to come with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, etc) with an arugula side salad, and some Bacon, Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas. We waited 20 minutes before the quesadillas came out. They were fine, but beware that guacamole = some previously frozen scooped avocados, no seasoning or additions. My husband waited another 20 minutes before my Grilled Chicken Sandwich came out to start eating, even though I told him to go ahead and eat. Then my sandwich was served as a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (not what I ordered) made with a grilled chicken breast, Buffalo sauce, and lettuce, zero side salad and fries on the side. At this point, I just ate it. It was 9pm. We traveled all day, and we were hungry. As we were finishing our meals, another 20 min later, the “Loaded” Tot-Chos arrived. This was a bowl of tater tots drizzled in ketchup and Buffalo sauce. That’s it. Zero toppings, so the definition of loaded is debatable here. Not sure if she forgot the rest of the ingredients, or if they just didn’t have them, but we were done. Left them on the table and just gave up. Please skip this place and go anywhere else nearby instead. We also had to pay $44 and change for this, plus a good tip, all before anything was ever served. Definitely asking for that back. Distinctive and delicious European style meals. I had the pierogies and marveled and the sauce, the texture, the flavors. My partner had a seafood pie that exploded with flavor. Great place for a date night or small group.
