Good atmosphere, amazing food, super friendly staff. I had the shrimp Tacos and the raw oysters; so delicious. Great drinks too and not watered down. I had a mango margarita and it was excellent. The Blazin Claw is my new favorite restaurant in Redlands Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible. I ordered online. Peeled shrimp and since the combos don’t say it’s just the legs I order and paid $10 extra for the whole crab. Called in and was given the excuse that that’s the way it is. Guess what. No peeled shrimp. Which I paid an extra charge for. Food: 1 Service: 1

If we could give this place a negative ☆ would definitely do it !!! Where do I start?!?! First off no one came to our table or acknowledge us for 18 min. Once we were a paper bowl with slimy, half eaten looking limes were placed on our table, Even though it was not packed or busy service was slow, tried to stop one of the two women work8ng and was completely ignored. Ordered iced tea it was warm and it was definitely multiple old, ordered calamari totally burnt rubbery hard had to send it back, window sills had dust, lint and dead flies above lighting covered in dust particles that sat completely over the table, lifted up the paper that's placed over the table filth and gunk as if they were never cleaned, This place really needs a health inspection !!!!!

Customer service was horrible, they skipped us, waitress rolled her eyes and made a face when we told them about skipping us. First time I’ve ever been to this place. It was very run down and dirty. The women’s restroom was beyond disgusting. The water didn’t even shut off on the bathroom sink. The windows and window frames were nasty dirty. They seriously need to upgrade their interior and tables. Now let’s talk about the food. I ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp and a lobster tail on top. The lobster was rubbery and the garlic sauce for the dish was the worst garlic sauce I’ve ever tasted. We also had the crab fried rice. Now that rice was the most yummy thing I had there. So I recommend take out and that rice only . I tried to give this place another chance. I ordered some of the short rib cheese fries on my lunch, and asked for the short rib to be well done. Well when I left and attempted to eat my food the meat is literally grey. How do you serve someone something like this??? I feel like it was done on purpose because of my request. I love Cajun style seafood, so I visited this location last week with my friends! There were so many people, so I had to wait for a long time. We had 2 children and a baby, so the 30-minute wait wasn't that easy. I told the person in the front we have 3 adults and 2 children and a baby, so a 4-people table with some extra chairs should be fine. But I think she forgot what I said, so she let two other groups of 2 people each go in first on 4-people tables. I had to wait total of 45 minutes, and I wasn't very happy. I understand it was a mistake, and I hope they do a better job next time. The food was good anyway though.
