The place is picking up but in VIP place need more attention, people are sitting there making noise but place is good by the way that's y am giving 3

Very kind staff, excellent value for money. Rooms are small but clean. It's definitely only locals here, but the staff will help you with limited English and warm smiles. I was told it is not safe at night but had no problems at all.
