I am a rocker. I play bass in a rock band. I love music. I particularly love live music.
The Boardwalk presents bands that would not come to Sacramento. There just aren’t enough clubs in Sacramento that can pay for premium bands.
Boardwalk has the stage, the audience space, the food, the drink and the VIBE to present the best rock bands at reasonable prices.
The owner of the Boardwalk has only one goal: the best rock palace in all of Sacramento.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Saw Bruno and the Hooligans. Great show. However, the cover charge is pretty high and the card reader wasn't working.

Super fun atmosphere!! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Was there for my kids School of Rock show and it was a really good time. Food was yummy, ample space to dance and hang out. I will be coming back kid free to check it out.

Fun place, great decor, delicious food and drinks. The burgers are out of this world, absolutely delicious! But, It used to have a $10 cover charge on the weekends when bands are playing. And now that has turned into a $25 cover charge. Which I find to be very expensive. You figure you gotta add your food and drinks,

This fresh little spot tucked away in the middle of Orangevale reminds me of an elevated version of the amazing music venues I’ve played and visited around the world.
If I lived closer I’d be here every week.

I had not visited in 20 years and what a difference. It is so nice now and the drinks were amazing. Not what I remembered at all. So clean and the bartender was awesome. I plan to put this place on my regular rotation of hangouts.
