The Food does not compliment the location,services and environment. You can see River jehlum running from windows and can have a good time with family.
I am extremely disappointed by Burgers (Both zinger and chicken) as it was priced at 470 and you could get better burger in front of this cafe for around 150 ( at least it has some taste).
Pizza was just okay to the best as ingredients were sufficient but the taste was non detected 😕. Rates are ok considering Muzaffarabad but quality needs focus.
The area remains near to empty and that explains why people avoid it

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. The staff was not honest with us about the food they were serving, and they served us old meat. This was not only disappointing but also potentially dangerous for our health. Additionally, the prices were very high, which made the experience even more frustrating.
It's not right for a restaurant to serve old or low-quality meat, and it's even worse if they try to cover it up or provide less than what was promised.
Although the staff apologized and offered to give us a parcel with fresh meat, the quantity of meat was less than what we had originally ordered. Additionally, the restaurant gave us the same old meat that we had returned to them, which was unacceptable.
We were extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the food and the lack of attention to health and safety.
Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's important for restaurants to maintain high standards of quality and service to keep their customers happy, and this restaurant did not meet those standards. I suggest finding another place to eat.

The place didn't live up to all the recommendations it comes with.
+Cleanliness: On my visit, which was a little after lunch time it was not so crowded but the place was Not Clean at all. There were food bits all over the floor and on the table we sat. None of the staff took the time to clean it before serving us.
+Toilet: There was only one toilet outside the entrance. It's like no one cares about it so they have stopped cleaning it. Really really bad experience there.
+ View: If you get lucky and sit by the windows there is a nice view of the river. This was 1 of the positives.
+ Food: Food was good also but nothing that makes it stand out. They didn't have any BBQ options.

this used to be one of the best cafe in Muzaffarabad, I had great dining experience here 4 years ago but visited this cafe on July 7, 2023 and found overall experience pathetic. The service was pathetic, attendant's attitude was extremely uninterested, most of the item in menu was unavailable, overall we felt ashamed visiting this cafe. It needs new passionate and energetic staff. Management of this cafe should look into customer experience.

Decent place to visit with family and friends ✔️ The food is good as expected, but I feel the rates are a bit high. Service is also to the point. The waitperson was very gentle and cooperative. Although there is something off about the place that it rarely fills up at all, although some may find this cozy as I do. The only issue I faced was the parking. There is no dedicated area for the very purpose.
