We sat at the bar and got avocado egg rolls, Thai chili shrimp, Evelyn’s pasta and pasta Davinci. It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten at a Cheesecake Factory so was excited to order. We decided to sit at the bar and Lauren and Jasmine were awesome. We enjoyed every dish and the service was impeccable. Thank you for a great dinner and a great dining experience. The Brussels sprouts here are AMAZING! if you love the cheesecake here but not the prices, walk 100’ down the block and go inside Barnes and Nobel Starbucks cafe sometimes sells them at a considerable discount! This is another example of what’s happening in restaurants these days. Poor training leading to hostesses not listening to customers about seating choices and poor service at the table. On this particular visit, we did get great service, but the point is that there is no consistency here. The food is also hit and miss. The rangoon appetizer was filled with a wet cheesy mess and very little crab. The presentation isn’t much to be desired either. So, this once lively and cheerful restaurant has become mediocre.

I recently dined at the Cheesecake Factory, and I must say, it was nothing like the quirky portrayal on the Big Bang Theory. The restaurant exudes a classy ambiance with impressive architecture that sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience. What struck me immediately was the great choice of music playing in the background, creating a delightful atmosphere throughout my visit. The impeccable service I received was truly commendable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and well-versed with the extensive menu. Speaking of the menu, it's an absolute behemoth with an array of options, catering to various culinary preferences. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find a decent selection of dishes to choose from. I decided to go for the Impossible Burger, and it did not disappoint. It was a delicious and satisfying meatless option, cooked to perfection. Accompanied by a side of sweet potato fries, I found them to be a delightful combination. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making for a great accompaniment to the burger. Overall, my experience at the Cheesecake Factory was exceptional. The combination of an elegant atmosphere, outstanding service, and an extensive menu with options for vegetarians made it a memorable dining experience. Always a consistently good meal here. Went there on a Friday night primetime dinner time and was seated immediately party of three. Service was professional and pleasant and food delicious. I was recently there for a birthday dinner with my brother-in-law and his family and it was great. They still deliver a consistent dining experience that's above expectations. But.... They are not the cheapest place to eat at, even though they are a chain they charge the kind of prices you expect to pay at a one-off type of quote in quote fancy restaurant. No complaints about the quality of the food or the service. Would definitely recommend them, and will almost certainly be back. 10/17/23: Dang the prices have gone up…. (like everything else), but the service, food, and overall experience was great. (I have been a Cheesecake Factory customer since 1999).
