Service is excellent from host to server. Food is always delicious. Only disappointment was My 3 small pieces of Steak and 3 jumbo Scampi Shrimp were very small portions for the price. Suggestions: a 4oz steak size with 5 jumbo shrimps on Angel Hair pasta would satisfy a $23 meal - or include a soup maybe a small salad. We were starving after hours of walking the mall and decided to stop for lunch. We decided on Cheescake Factory. It was easy to access from both inside the mall and out. We were surprised to walk in to no wait and were quickly seated in the bar area. I really liked that it was a little brighter in the bar than most locations where it is typically so dark inside the entire restaurant. Service was great and we never had to ask for anything. I really enjoyed the bang bang chicken and shrimp , but after I tasted a bite of my daughter's jumbilia I wished I would've ordered it. There is always next time. We also received complimentary bread and butter. We ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer as well. Everything was delicious and of course we all took a piece of cheesecake to go. Food was delicious as always but our waitress wasn't very good. She forgot one of appetizer and never brought it out. Also when we paid, we had a 50 dollars gift card and she applied it to the wrong card. They had to reversed it and redo the charges again which in turn made us wait another 15 minutes to leave. This was the perfect lunch spot for Christmas shopping. They had lunch specials and a vast variety of cheesecakes. The lunch specials are very affordable and delicious.
