The owners here are amazing and the food is great. They cater events and they are great go to place in Keizer/Salem. Their wraps, sides, sauces, and brownies are so good. They catered events for legislators and it was a hit. The prices, selections, and customer service is top notch. Highly recommend coming here! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Plenty of parking. The restaurant lobby was very clean. I got the chicken strips they were much bigger than I thought they're huge the cheese fries are delicious and the funnel fingers are delicious. Fair pricing for what you get. The only reason I gave it four stars is because nobody trusts a 5 star rating. The macaroni and cheese was mushy and the cheese sauce was thin. It had no other flavor but cheese and could use seasoning. The chicken was tough and unpleasant to eat. The breading was mushy and came off easily, it also had no seasoning. The garlic fries were decent, but I have had way better. I was in the neighborhood visiting a business next door and felt a little hungry and heard some great things. While I wasn't really feeling some chicken, I had also heard wonderful things about their burgers and was talked into giving them a try. Burger was amazing- bun held its own and didnt fall apart on me, sauce that I chose to go with was sweet, tangy and the mac salad would leave my grandmother in tears. I had to go back another time to try their chicken if the burger held its own and let me tell you something. Those reviews raving about their chick is on point. Fresh, crunchy and perfectly seasoned. Fries were extra crispy(I think I know how but not going to give out that secret), and another sauce went perfectly with the whole meal. Go get your chicken on at The Chicken Shack, another local business that isn't clucking around when it comes down to delicious grub. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Food is awesome but the wait is honestly ridiculous. Don’t know whose fault it is but I was on hold for over 20 minutes (this is the second time that’s happened) before I decided to just go to the restaurant, got there at 6:15. When I get there, the restaurant is mostly empty and get told about 5-6 minutes, no problem…wait another 40 minutes and get told it’s another 10-15 minutes. When they said it was all ready they told me they ran out of the Mac n cheese I ordered 1 hour ago and that I could choose another thing instead so I got garlic fries, 5 min later my food was complete. I literally spent over an hour to get 5 tenders and some fries. Ridiculous. Again, food is great but unless you have all night, don’t waste your time. THE WINGS ARE SO GOOD!! -I’ve tried wings pretty much everywhere I can around here. Like Pizza Hut, little ceasers, wings stop, Buffalo wild wilds etc. And even tho I still think wild wings is at the top, the ones here are a close second. -The Music was great, the theme was great and the place was welcoming and casual(they were even playing finding Nemo when I came in) Everything was great and honestly the only note I’d make is that for some reason the fries were sweet? Not salty like you’d expect but more like sweet like elephant ears or cinnamon donuts. Our family loves the Chicken Shack PNW! Their chicken tenders are incomparable to other places such as Dairy Queen, Chick-Fil-A, Dave’s Hot Chicken, etc. Their Garlic fries and Corn Fritters are a must side combo! Their sandwiches, wings and all of their sauce flavors are also amazing!
