Should be named “Ryan’s cafe” as you’ll find it on Yelp. Just note that it opens at 7AM and not 6AM. I showed up early before opening and the owner happened to pull up at the same time. She was extremely hospitable and even made me a cup of coffee before the shop was open. This is an example of classic hospitality with great coffee. The owner has a big vision to offer employment opportunities to under served communities and I wish her the best success. I’m just stopping in for work but this little gem gave Fairfield, CA a little more charm.

What a cute little shop! Lots of parking nearby, and decent amount of seating. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They make quite a few different syrups and update the flavor combinations regularly. They also have fresh pressed juice in the shop which we tried and liked. I had the bourbon Carmel latte and it was really good. I would make sure to ask for light on the syrup if you aren’t a super sweet coffee person. Not really a huge fan of being charged for a tiny amount of cream (less than 4 oz) in coffee - pricing should be inclusive for drip coffees and teas. Super understanding that businesses have to make money, but nickel and diming for cream just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Service Take out Price per person $1–10
