I visited Coffee Beans today after a long time away, and I was pleasantly surprised by the changes they made. The place is now all renovated, without any outdoor seating. All the seats are now air-conditioned, which is great for the hot weather. The ambience is awesome, with a modern and cozy vibe. The only thing I didn’t like was that the music was too loud for my liking. I think they should lower the volume a bit, so that customers can have a more relaxing experience.
The food and drinks are as good as always, with a wide range of options and fair prices. I ordered an iced latte and a tiramisu, and they were both delicious. The service was also friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my time there, and I would definitely recommend Coffee Beans to anyone who loves coffee and desserts. It’s one of my favorite places to hang out with friends or work on my laptop.

Before this i did not have any issue with this outlet but then one of the staff really pissed me off. The staff mistakenly made small cup drink instead of regular size as per my order. I’m politely inform about it to the staff and then he rudely and sarcasticly response to me to just take it the drink and he will prepare the new one without any apologize. FYI i have return back the small cup to him as we did not need it. Thanks!

I love a good, hearty breakfast and it used to be at CBTL until they increased their prices by over 50% but provided this dismal serving instead 😢 Just look at the current and old pics...sigh ...paying more for less. Service has gone downhill a lot too as staff are no better than kopitiam staff shouting orders and being ultra inefficient at the till.

I’ve been frequenting this outlet since 2017 if not 2016. Service was awesome back then.
Food is still great but service quality has deteriorated. 😢
Anyway, all-time favourite is definitely the Salmon & Egg set followed by the jalapeño bagel. In my opinion, their bagels are the best!
Their cakes are rich too. Not sure if they still have it now but their Blueberry Cheesecake is yumms!
p/s: Love their pizzas too!

This branch is good. It is quite spacious and you can sit outside too. There is comfortable sofa and a big table which cater for bigger group. There isn't much to talk about.

Was there to get a Christmas beverage earlier today. Staff were very nice and polite. Even assured me that the Double Chocolate Peppermint Frappe only had a subtle taste of coffee, which would be okay/suitable for me (I couldn't take drinks with a very strong coffee taste). The frappe tasted really good. Thank you for the great service and tasty drink!

Pleasant service. However when I was there their hot water dispenser was not working hence only drink flavoured with powders were available. As a coffee spot located in a high traffic area, one would think they would have a back up in place. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Perhaps the management can have back up plans to avoid these in the future.
Just like any other coffee franchise, the subtle consistency of the food and coffee is why people walk in for any occasions. The Dpulze branch renovation brought a refreshing modernity, but certain crucial aspects—like seating comfort, music ambiance, and personalized service—require attention. The cashier was reluctant in accommodating drinks customization, disregarding my request for a reduced amount of milk in the cappuccino.
