I'm not into coffee so I order Double Chocolate instead. It was very nice. My friends who ordered a variety of coffee said the coffee was delicious. The bagel was nice. So was the pizza. Great atmosphere but food’s just tolerable, pastries are stale, and staff is unfriendly. Drinks are OK and served fairly quickly. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

This place is bad.the food is not good and the drink I didn't teste any of it and your service is so rude they friendly with rich ppl only(but we're not that poor we just wearing a simple shirt)this is so bad no one will rate it to 5 star I hate this place.I go other coffe bean is good but your coffe/cafe is bad. The coffee and foods from coffee bean never disappointed me. However, their service here need to be improved, served us wrongly for twice. Missed out item for take away and wrong item served for dine-in. We were ordered both for take away and dine-in. Suggestions for the management ! Anybody aware that why only Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was writing on the surface of cover? But in term of safety to prevent for virus for current season! It’s was dangerous during writing when they was put the cover on palm which behind the cover directly touching the hand which after cover it will be in the drinking water. Really feel uncomfortable. Please consider change your SOP. TQ Environment & Drink is ok.

Location wise very strategic. I prefered cb rather than sb for coffee iced/hot/blended choices. Price offered cheaper than sb. Nice ambience and more choices for foods & desserts. Amazing service.
